We design both simultaneously: lighting the speaker's face so they are visible in the room and on camera, choosing ambient colors that match your brand, and timing the blackout before a video to sync perfectly with the audio switch. The service does not change based on size: same preparation, same equipment checks, same lead technician.
The price depends on four variables: the number of guests (which determines the power and number of speakers), the number of speakers (and thus microphones), whether or not stage lighting is required, and the duration of our team's presence on-site. A half-day conference for 80 people and a gala for 500 guests with entertainment are not comparable.
