Whether it’s a conference at the convention center, a gala at a hotel in Old Quebec, a regional meeting, or a graduation prom, every event in Quebec City needs clear sound and lighting that enhances the stage. SYNC Audiovisuel travels throughout the Quebec City region with its sound and lighting equipment, and a team that stays on-site from setup to teardown.
Rent the equipment alone or entrust us with the entire production. Our turnkey packages include:
Each item appears separately in the quote. You see exactly what you are paying for and can remove anything that isn't necessary.

We often separate the two in budgets, but rarely in the audience's experience. A speech with great sound delivered in a dull, dim room falls flat; a beautifully lit stage where you can't understand a word is useless.
We design both simultaneously: lighting the speaker's face so they are visible in the room and on camera, choosing ambient colors that match your brand, and timing the blackout before a video to sync perfectly with the audio switch. This is what turns a series of presentations into moments your guests will remember.

The service does not change based on size: same preparation, same equipment checks, same lead technician.
The price depends on four variables: the number of guests (which determines the power and number of speakers), the number of speakers (and thus microphones), whether or not stage lighting is required, and the duration of our team's presence on-site. A half-day conference for 80 people and a gala for 500 guests with entertainment are not comparable.
We prefer to provide an accurate figure rather than a useless range: describe your event and you will receive a detailed quote within 24 hours.

No two events are ever the same, even in the same venue. Our approach is therefore personalized: we start with your program, your activities, and your constraints, then provide the necessary equipment and technicians—nothing more, nothing less.
This way of working is the result of 30 years of experience in the event industry in Quebec and elsewhere in Canada. Technology evolves quickly, especially regarding LED lighting and sound systems; our inventory keeps pace, but our priority remains the same: the quality of the experience for your guests, not the technical specifications.
Working three hours away from our workshop requires extra rigor. We leave with backup equipment for every critical component, we confirm loading dock access, setup times, and available power supply with the venue in advance, and we arrive with a comfortable buffer. Our team does not leave until your event is over.
