SYNC Audiovisuel provides multi-camera video recording for your conferences, conventions, galas, and assemblies. Professional-quality footage, ready for live streaming or post-event editing.
Three terms often confused, three different realities:
Video recording involves capturing a live event as it unfolds, using one or more cameras. There are no retakes or second chances: it has to be right the first time.
Live streaming (or webcasting) is the real-time transmission of this footage to a remote audience. It complements the recording; it does not replace it.
Video production (corporate films, motion design, marketing clips) is shot in controlled conditions, with a script and multiple takes.
Our specialty is the former, with the latter as an option: capturing the event professionally and, if you wish, broadcasting it live and delivering a polished recording for your communications.
A single fixed camera at the back of the room produces an archival document, rarely a video people actually want to watch. Our standard setup includes:
Depending on the project, we add discreet robotic cameras, a backup plan in case of signal loss, or slow-motion replays for key gala moments.

The live stream, if you are broadcasting simultaneously: mixed feed, ready for your platform or our webcasting service.
The full recording of the event, clean and minimally edited (intro and outro branding, audio equalization).
Key moments cut into short clips, ready for social media or your newsletter.
Raw footage if you prefer to handle post-production in-house.
We agree on these deliverables during the planning phase: the filming approach differs depending on whether your goal is to archive a meeting or create a series of clips for your social media.
multiple rooms, multiple speakers, usable recordings for each room, and a post-event content library.
full coverage, often with mandatory archiving.
fast-paced setup, audience reactions, highlight reels.
polished visuals, product shots, PR clips.
module recording, reusable for continuing education.
on-site and remote speakers in a single control room.
The quality of a recording depends as much on lighting as it does on cameras. An underlit stage results in a noisy image, backlighting washes out faces, and poor mixing makes the speaker unintelligible. Since we also handle sound reinforcement, stage lighting, and projection, all parameters are adjusted together, in advance, by the same team. You have a single point of contact from kickoff to teardown. This avoids the classic "the sound wasn't plugged into the camera" issue discovered during editing.

Many organizers start by asking their communications agency to manage the video. The agency designs the message, but event recording is a distinct technical profession: you need to understand venue constraints, control rooms, signals, lighting, and live audio. That is where our expertise lies: our company specializes in audiovisual event recording and works seamlessly alongside agencies. They maintain creative direction, while we ensure technical execution. Our filming and production techniques have been proven across more than 500 events, from 40-person seminars to 1,000-attendee congresses, as well as shows and galas.
Livestreaming has become the standard whenever part of the audience cannot attend in person. Technically, it is an addition to the recording: same cameras, same control room, plus an encoder, a verified connection, a backup link, and an operator monitoring the feed from start to finish. We broadcast to YouTube, Vimeo, Teams, Zoom, your virtual event platform, or a player embedded on your website. Interactive elements—written questions, polls, remote speakers—are integrated directly into the production, not managed in parallel.

Our video capture, sound, lighting, and webcasting services are provided by professional staff, not last-minute freelancers. SYNC Audiovisuel is based in Montreal and serves Laval, Longueuil, Brossard, and the Quebec City region, whether in corporate rooms, hotels, convention centers, or unique venues.
